If you are not fully satisfied with our product you may return it for a refund. We will refund the cost of undamaged stock merchandise upon receipt in good condition without any restocking fees. If we have customized items for you, they will not normally be returnable, but we will consider each on a case-by-case basis. A complete statement of our policy on returns is given here.
