Paint Mixers
Paint mixing away from the paint store shaker can be a challenge. Traditionally paint mixers would require the operator to completely remove the lid, chuck up a paint agitator and risk exposure to contamination and evaporation. MixerDirect’s ring mount mixer for 5 gal pails allows the blade to enter through a bung opening or a small hole cut into the lid.
Also very popular for custom tinting are MixerDirect's rod mount paint mixers. These paint agitators attach to a vertical rod and run in a batch from 0-3000 RPM. This is a high enough speed and when coupled with the right impeller to break up any particles that have built up with aged paint. The paint mixer when armed with a dispersion blade can redisperse paints, making it very functional for such a small package.
