Available in 5HP or 10HP TEFC or XPFC the RP3 can quickly achieve your process goals. With a 36” lift, the RP3 can handle a 40” diameter vessel. The air lift moves smoothly in and out of position using a 3-way air valve, allowing the rotor stator to be placed at any position inside the mixing container. This is valuable if you will be mixing products of varying viscosities. The RP3 comes standard with an angle slotted stator but can be quickly and easily replaced with a general purpose stator or an emulser stator for added variability.The speed of the RP3 is easily controlled with a VFD with a digital readout to ensure proper operating speeds for your process.
