Our top of the line Raiden Plus top-entry mixer offers extreme durability and increased mixing power from most other agitators. Designed for applications over 1,000 gallons and a wide range of viscosities, the Raiden Series provides a low maintenance and long lasting mixer solution to your process. The Raiden Plus mixer is equipped with a 7.5 horsepower Explosion Proof electric motor. The motors are IP55 rated enclosures that protect against water spray and dust ingress. Raiden Plus motors are rated and badged for 230/460V, 3 Phase 60Hz or 200/400V, 3 Phase 50Hz operation. These motors are also inverter rated and can be safely wired into a variable speed control system. All Raiden Plus mixers utilize a helical gearbox to provide high torque in even the most challenging applications. The wetted materials are constructed of 316 or 304 grade stainless steel for high corrosion and abrasion resistance. This Raiden Plus mixer attaches easily and securely to a bridge or plate attachment on a vessel. Select your desired mixing shaft length and two appropriately sized hydrofoil impellers will be matched to your mixer.
