The RP2 post mount rotor stator can handle all your high shear mixing needs from 5-20 gallons. With a 24” lift the RP2 rotor stator can easily accommodate a variety of mixing vessels. The air lift moves smoothly in and out of position using a 3-way air valve, allowing the rotor stator to be positioned at any height within the mixing vessel. This is valuable if you need to mix products at varying viscosities. Changing out the stator on the RP2 for different chemistries can be done quickly and easily. This RP2 comes standard with an angle slotted stator but can be quickly and easily replaced with a general purpose stator or an emulsor stator for added variability, which are a part of this clearance package!
This CLEARANCE item includes an RP2 Wear Kit, an Emulsor and General Purpose Stator
Included in the Wear Kit: shaft bearing, bushing, belts, container strap, and grease for lift.
