Dispersion Blade
Dispersion blades rotate at high RPMs to facilitate a fine dispersion or emulsion. These high shear blades are used across many industries - commonly in ink, paint, coatings, cosmetics, food and beverage manufacturing. When properly sized to a mixer and vessel size, these dispersion blades offer an increased throughput with many high speed mixers. Stiffening plates can be used in conjunction with a high flow dispersion blade to increase blade durability. Our bolt-on hubs and blade adapter shafts allow for easy installation of all high shear dispersion blades.
