High Shear Impellers

These high shear dispersion blades are designed to produce dispersions and emulsions at high speeds. Commonly known as Cowles blades, dispersion blades excel at converting energy from the mixer motor to shear force, increasing the yield of finely dispersed material. Our high shear blades are available with features to increase shearing capabilities or to increase flow in the mixture.
