Combining properties of portable mixers and top-entry mixers, our flange mounted mixers are an ideal solution for applications that require some versatility in their mixing processses without sacrificing mixing or blending capabilities. It is designed for heavy duty applications with an extra flange mounted support bearing and all welded construction. Constructed with a heavy duty air motor, this flange mounted mixer is safe for use in hazardous environments and requires minimal maintenance. This mixer mounts easily and securely to a bridge or C-channels across the top of the tank. This mixer utilizes a gearbox, allowing for lower RPMs and higher torque for even the most challenging applications. The wetted materials are constructed of 316 or 304 grade stainless steel for high corrosion and abrasion resistance. Add a Viton Lip Seal for increased protection to the mixer and liquid ingredients.
